Magnetic bubble generator

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve the current margin, by the two layer construction of the conductor pattern formed on the substrate made of magnetic material having one axis anisotropy to produce the local magnetic field, with the exception of the partial magnetic field generating part. CONSTITUTION: On the substrate of magnetic thin, film, the conductor pattern 5 formed with the hair pin loop 10 is provided, and the conductor pattern 6 with the same shape as the conductor pattern 5 for the part up to the guard rail 8 except the hair pin loop part 10 is provided on it via the insulator, and the permalloy pattern 7 of pick shape is formed on it. Accordingly, by flowing the current of opposite direction to the conductor patterns 5, 6, the partial magnetic field 9 is produced on the hair pin loop 10 and the magnetic field is cancelled at the duplicated conductor patterns 5, 6, to exclude the production of unnecessary bubbles, allowing to remarkably improve the current margin characteristics.
