Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To increase the amount of blocking of the leakage of local oscillator, by branching a part of electric power from local oscillator, suitably adjusting the amplitude and phase and applying the result to one or both of input and output terminals. CONSTITUTION: A part of power of local oscillator fed to a local input terminal 23 is branched at a branching circuit 28 and enters a hybrid 24 and is fed to diodes 25, 26. The local oscillator power reflected at the diodes 25, 26 returns to the input terminal 23, and the local oscillator power leaked from the hybrid 24 to the input side of RF signal enters a synthesis circuit 29 from the local input terminal and appears at the RF input terminal 21. On the other hand, a part of the local oscillator power branched at the branching circuit 28 is adjusted for the amplitude and the phase at an amplitude and phase adjusting circuit 30, and enters the synthesis circuit 29 from the coupling input terminal and appears at the RF input terminal 21. After adjusting a part of the local oscillator power and said leaked power so that they have equal amplitude and are opposite phase at the circuit 30, they are synthesized at the synthesis circuit 29, allowing to zero the leakage of local oscillator.
