Power generating station utilizing road traffic

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To utilize the weight of an automobile or the like and generate electric power, by providing iron plates on a bridge through springs and linking said iron plates to an operating shaft of an air pump connected to a compressed air tank. CONSTITUTION: On a bridge 1 iron plates 2, 3 are provided through springs 6 and linked to an operating shaft 15 of an air pump connected to a compressed air tank 11. In this way, when an automobile or the like passes on the bridge 1, the iron plates 2, 3 are bent by its weight to actuate the air pump and accumulate compressed air in the compressed air tank 11, then a wind fan is rotated by said accumulated compressed air capable of generating electric power.
