Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To correctly position articles by forming a horizontal long hole on a holding frame and guiding the guide rod of an adsorbing tool through said long hole, in transferring printed circuit boards. CONSTITUTION: An adsorbing tool 2 is equipped with guide rods 8W11 which are inserted into the long horizontal holes 4W7 formed on the side wall of a holding frame 3, so that articles are supported shiftably and rotatably in the horizontal plane, in the holding frame 3 at the lower end part of a carrier 1. The adsorbing tool 2 is pulled in one direction by springs 12 and 13. An article 15 is adsorbed by the adsorbing tool 2, and is pulled through a spring 20, and then the article 15 is brought into contact with the side walls 17 and 18 of a jig 16 and arranged.
