Battery fixing structure
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To improve mechanical strength, water-tightness and facility for connecting and disconnecting a battery in such a way that an electric apparatus is separated from the casing of a battery, and a connector housing is formed so as to be able to connect and disconnect them by turning the both by 90 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A connector housing 11 is fixed with a screw 16 at the middle part of the bottom surface in a casing 1 of a wireless apparatus as the electric apparatus, and a battery fixing plate 23 which is applicable for both uses as terminal 21 on the positive side and terminal on the negative side is provided on a packed battery 2. A collar-shaped boss 11a is provided consistently with a passing hole for the battery fixing plate 23 on the housing 11, which are joined with possibility of being connected and disconnected in the vertical axial direction by the both to be turned by 90 deg.. Besides, a power supply positive terminal 12 to be connected to a terminal 21 on the positive side is provided at the middle part of the housing 11, and a rubber ring 22 is provided on the battery side in order to obtain water- tightness, etc. A lock boss 14a on a lock button 14 puts a stop to turning of the both.
