Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To reduce electric power consumption and noises with regard to a device that cools the heating of a device equipped with many semiconductor elements, by holding the temperature in the enclosure of the device within predetermined temperature range by air-cooling blowers at the top and bottom of the enclosure of the device, a temperature detector at the height-directional upper half position of the enclosure and a rotation control circuit for blowers. CONSTITUTION: To cool an information processor, etc., air heated up to a high temperature in enclosure 1 of the processor is forcibly exhausted out of the enclosure by blowers 2 and 3. At this time, temperature detector 4 installed at the upper half part of enclosure 1 in the height direction detects its maximum temperature and rotational frequencies of blowers 2 and 3 are controlled by control circuit 5 so that the maximum temperature will be within the predetermined temperature range.
