Controlling method of underfloor ventilation fan

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent high humidification under a floor by a method wherein an induction inlet of the open air into under the floor is closed when the humidity of the open air is a set value or more, and a ventilation fan is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A ventilation hole 5 is formed between a floor material 4 of a building main body 3 and a foundation concrete 1, and a ventilation fan 7 is installed in the ventilation hole 5 by means of a frame 6. And when the open air humidity is detected through an open air humidity detector 8 installed in the frame 6 to indicate a set value or more, the ventilation fan 7 is stopped. And when it is loss than a set value, the ventilation fan 7 is driven. A cover 9 is opened or closed by means of the wind force of the ventilation fan 7 or by means of a motor interlocking with the vantilation fan 7.
