Strobe circuit
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To decrease the number of mechanical switches in a camera built in with a winding motor by providing a circuit element which surely disables the oscillation of an oscillating transistor to said transistor. CONSTITUTION: A circuit element Z which increases the apparent base-emitter voltage of an oscillating transistor TRQ 1 is provided to hold the TRQ 1 surely in an OFF state. When a switch SW1 is turned ON, the electric charging to a main capacitor C 2 is started by the oscillation operation of the TRQ 1 . Since at this time the switches SW3, SW2 are both OFF, the electric power is used for the strobe circuit only. Next, when release is operated, the switch SW3 goes ON and the power supply to a photographing control circuit CC is accomplished; at the same time the TRQ 1 goes off to stop the power supply to the strobe circuit. When flash photographing ends in succession to this, the SW3 goes OFF and the SW2 goes ON to supply the power to the winding motor. Since the element Z is provided in this way, the power supply may be controlled accurately time serially with a less number of switches. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
