Pressure difference controller for pneumatic rotary machine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: In a pneumatic rotary device to prevent an air tool of a dental service from coasting at a stop operation by providing a pressure difference controller which controls an input exhaust so as to run over a specific input pressure and immediately stop under it. CONSTITUTION: In curing a tooth, once a foot valve 4 is stepped, an air pressure is supplied from a compressor 3 into an input circuit 10 in a pressure difference controller 9 through a hose 6 and a joint 7. If the air pressure is under a specific value, it is forced into circuit 13, 14 because a closed spool 21 blocks the air flow to a circuit 10'. When the air pressure rises up to the specific pressure, a valve 17 inside the spool 21 is opened and an air runs into an air room 20 to push the spool 21 downwards against a spring 15. Thereby, the input circuits 10, 10' and discharge circuits 11, 11' are communicated so the air tool 1 is rotated. On the other hand, immediately when the foot valve 4 is released, the spool 21 is opened to stop the tool 1. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
