Integrated head

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To enable to form a constant fine head interval easily, by using an insulating film for the control of head interval, in obtaining integrated head by forming concentric coils on a magnetic substrate. CONSTITUTION:An insulating film 206 is formed on a magnetic substrate 201, and the first layer coils are formed by vapor deposition of conductor of a low resistance further on it. Next, the second layer insulating film is formed on the coils, and the coils of the 2nd layer are formed via the insulating film. Next, the coils of the 1st and 2nd layers are connected with the through-holes on the 2nd layer to form the 3rd insulating film. Holes reaching the magnetic substrate are made to the center of coils through the 1st-3rd insulating films, the film 202 of magnetic substance is formed and it is connected with the magnetic substrate 201 through the center holes, allowing to form the magnetic circuit.
