Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To prevent hith-frequency components especially in the secondary or over secondary frequencies of the revolution of an engine by constructing an insulator of an electromagnet and a permanent magnet faced to each other to support the engine and controlling the electromagnet for supplying current in accordance with viabrations of the engine. CONSTITUTION: In an insulator 10 provided between a mounting bracket 2 and a suspension member 4 of an engine, a permanent magnet 15 is fixed on the under face of a plate 13 fixed on a bracket 2 by bolts 12 with a vibration-proof rubber 14 between. Meanwhile, an electromagnet 19 is fixed on the upper face of a plate 17 with a U-shaped section fixed on the member 4 by bolts 16 with a vibration- proof rubber 18 between, and faced to the magnet 15 as keeping a minute gap (d) between. A piezo-electric sensor 23 is provided at the bottom of this electromagnet 19 to detect vibrations of the engine. The output of the sensor 23 is input into a control circuit 11, and the current to the electromanget 19 is controlled by feedback by the work of a control unit 25. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
