Uniting method for nonmagnetic separate sheet and magnetic body of magnetic apparatus

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To simplify the uniting work and to reduce the manufacturing cost, by installing the protuberance in the nonmagnetic separate sheet and the hole in the magnetic main body, and by pushing the protuberance into the hole. CONSTITUTION: The left and the right protuberances 3 are installed in the uniting surfaces 2 of the left and the right separate sheets 1, and the holls 6 are bored in the uniting surfaces 5, to be united with the separate sheets 1, of the left and the right iron made main bodies 4, at the same positions as the protubrances 3. Then, the protuberances 3 of the separate sheets 1 are pushed into the holes 6 of the main bodies 4; hereby, the separate sheets 1 are united with the main boides 4. According to the present method, the uniting work is simple, the manufacturing cost of the magnetic apparatus is economically reduced, and the present method is applicable to the manufacturing process for various magnetic apparatus.
