Partition type roller bearing

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To facilitate mounting and demounting by a method wherein the constitution is formed which a shaft is held by two parts which rollers are disposed to semicylindrical guide plates in arranging shapes and in rolling and contacting-possible shapes over the both surfaces of the guide plates and the guide plates are housed in semicylindrical outer collars. CONSTITUTION: The rollers 3 are disposed to the both surfaces and flanks of the semicylindrical guide plate 1 of a guide G in longitudinal shapes, the both end portions of the rollers 3 are supported in rolling and contacting-possible shapes over the both surfaces of the guide plate 1 by means of support plates 2, and the one side end edges of the support plates 2 are fitted to a groove 4 of the guide G. The guide plate is housed in a semicylindrical outer collar 5 concentric with the guide G, another side of a side end edge of the support plate 2 at the outer circumference side of the guide plate 1 is fitted to a groove on the inner circumferential surface while a shoulder portion 5A is contacted with a stage portion 1B of the guide G, and a bearing half partitioned is formed. The shaft 6 is held by the two bearings half partitioned, and the extending portions 10 of each outer collar 5 are put together and fastened. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
