Total heat exchange-type heat exchanger
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To enlarge the moisture absorbent impregnation capacity of a heat exchanger for improving the humidity exchange ability by impregnating a honeycomb structure made of paper containing an adsorbent with a moisture absorbent. CONSTITUTION: A piece of adsorbent-containing flat paper 2 made by mixing an adsorbent such as active carbon and fibers and making this into paper, and a piece of adsorbent-containing corrugated paper 3 having an approximately 1.5W4mm flute diameter made by corrugating the flat paper 2 by using a corrugating machine are sticked to each other to form a single-corrugated sheet, which is piled up and joined, with the corrugation directions arranged in the same direction, in order to form a rectangle, which is impregnated with a moisture absorbent such as lithium chloride. Thus, the moisture absorbent impregnation capacity can be enlarged, so that the humidity exchange ability can be improved. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
