Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To increase the sensitivity, stability on reagent and stability on coloring, by reacting the specific component with the hydrogen peroxide under the presence of peroxidase. CONSTITUTION: 4-Aminoantipyrine, N-alkyl-N-( 3-sulfo )-alkylbenzene-aniline are reacted with the hydrogen peroxide under the presence of peroxidase and the quinone chromaticity produced is measured. The N-alkyl-N-(3-sulfo)-alkylbenzene- aniline can be itself or its derivative, and the concentration can be in the range of 0.15W15mH. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
