Motor driving circuit

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make full-scale employment of semiconductor for a motor driving circuit with the objective to improve reliability and service life, by controlling forwarding, reversing and stopping of the motor, through transistors, in accordance with condition of 2 potentials. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier 1 compares potentials IN1 and IN2 of 2 input terminals, and when the condition is IN1>IN2, the amplifier 1's output voltage becomes +Vcc, if the condition is IN2>IN1, it becomes -Vcc, and it becomes zero if the condition is IN1=IN2. And, in accordance with the amplifier 1's output voltage, transistors 5 and 6 are turned ON/OFF through transistors 2 and 3 so as to conrol forwarding, reversing and stopping rotations of a motor 9. It is possible, by doing so, to turn all the mechanisms of a motor driving circuit into semiconductors so as to otain a highly reliable and long-life motor driving circuit.
