Photoprint head

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make constitution simple and small in size and obtain the head of easy adjustment and good imaging quality by aligning the optical axes of the focusing type optical fibers forming the print head together with LED arrays to the rotating center of a photosensitive drum. CONSTITUTION:The even number and odd number LED arrays 22..., 21... provided linearly to headers 11-1n oppose to focusing type optical fibers 32, 31 respectively and the optical fibers 32, 31 are so arranged that their optical axes align to the rotating center 0 of a photosensitive drum 40. With this arrangement, the virtual images by the light dots of the arrays 21... are formed linearly on a drum 40 at high quality without any bit missing despite the existence of any difference in the distance between the drum 40 and the fiber 32, 31 ends and the constitution of the headers become small and simple.
