Device for inspecting abnormality in machine

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make an inspection device simple reducing its number of filters by making the device, after inspeciting individual machines, also perform the totalizing processing of the inspection data of plural machines which have already been inspected with its control processing part. CONSTITUTION: The vibration or sound of a machine to be teated is detected and converted into electric signals by a converter 11 and the frequency components of the electric signals within preset frequency bands are taken out by filters 141W 145. A control processing part 18 to which the output of these filters 141W145 is introduced and which processes test results juging the abnormality of the machine based on preset judging levels corresponding to the levels of the vibrations or sounds of the machine in abnormal state and a means to display test result data driven by this control processing part are provided.
