Supersonic wave receiver
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To obtain a clear cross-sectional image by integrating the amount of charges proportional to the strength of supersonic waves over a specified time band and accumulating it once, and then taking out an electric signal proportional to the amount of accumulated charges as a video signal. CONSTITUTION:A receiving circuit 20 consists of an analog memory unit 201 and a reading circuit 202. Radio frequency pulse signals received by the elements of a piezoelectric converter are amplified by preamplifiers 21 and applied to input gates 72 via capacitors 40. If a voltage almost equal to the threshold voltage of the input gate 72 is applied from an input wire W via a diode 30, a charge proportional to the input signal is integrated under an electrode 74 and accumulation is started. This charge is read out by the reading circuit 202 from an output diode 60.
