Quinazoline derivative

Abstract

Abstract NEW MATERIAL:A quinazoline derivative shown by the formula I [R 1 is H, cycloalkyl, (halogen-substituted) lower alkyl; R 2 and R 3 are lower alkyl; R 4 is halogen, nitro, lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, etc.; n is 0W4]. EXAMPLE: O,O-Diethyl-O-(quinazoline-4-yl)thionophosphate. USE: An insecticide for agricultural noxious insects and sanitary noxious insects, having low toxicity to a warm-blooded animal. PROCESS: For example, a quinazoline derivative shown by the formula II or III (M is alkali metal) or its alkali metal salt is reacted with a thiono phosphate halide shown by the formula IV (Y is Cl or Br) in the absence of a solvent or in an inert solvent, and, if necessary, in the presence of a deoxidizer, to give a compound shown by the formula I.
