Providing method for cubic pattern on thermoplastic resin molded part
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To clearly provide cubic pattern on the surface of a molded part in a longitudinal direction and in the direction rectangular to it by a method wherein after thermoplastic resin is extruded from the corrugated mouth piece of an extruding machine the molded part is embossed by heating. CONSTITUTION: Cubic pattern is provided on the surface of an extrusion molded part by a method wherein longitudinal cubic pattern is formed by extruding thermoplastic resin from the mouth piece with corrugated portions of an entruding machine and lateral cubic pattern is formed by embossing the molded part when heated. For example, a composition of 100pts. of polyvinyl chloride, 3pts. of dibutyl tin maleate, 1.1pts. of barium stearate, 5pts. of disctylphtalate is extruded from the mouth piece 2 of the extrusion molding machine 1 at 180°C and a 2mm thick sheet having straight grooves in a longitudinal direction is obtained. Then, if the sheet is heated by infrared rays at 100°C and is made to run between an emboss roll 5 and a back roll 6, lateral grooves are formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)1981,JPO&Japio
