Vernier scale tape measure

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure with high precision by slidably fitting the main measure with a slider having a face of measurement. CONSTITUTION:A slider 1 having the measuring faces 2 and 2' on both ends is furnished with a vernier scale on the surface thereof. Said slider 1 is slidably fitted with the main measure 4 before the main measure 4 of the tape measure is fitted with a hook 6. The size of an external diameter or that of an internal diameter can be measured through the hook 6 of the main measure 4 and the measureing faces 2 and 2' of the slider 1. Further the highly precise measurement can be made by means of the vernier scale.
