Piping device for floor heater

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To permit expansion and contraction of a pipe and prevent the pipe from being loaded by a method wherein a curved pipe is passed through a notched portion of a transversal member when it crosses the transversal member arranged in parallel with a piping panel. CONSTITUTION: A piping panel A is constituted with a heat insulating panel 13, supported by a supporting panel 14 in parallel with a transversal member 11 supported by supporting members 12, piping grooves 13a formed on an upper surface of the heat insulating panel 13, and radiating panels 15 covering the heat insulating panel 13. Curved pipe piping portions 13b are formed by making both end portions of the insulating panel 13 thinner, and straight portions 16a of a pipe 16 are accomodated into the grooves 13a while curved portions 16b thereof are accomodated into the curved pipe piping portions 13b, thereafter, the piping panel A is covered by flooring panels 17.
