Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To make the water proofing property of a sound producing body and prolong the life of the watch by forming a transparent piezo-electric film on a cover glass to act as a sound producing body. CONSTITUTION:A cover glass 3 is fixed to a case 1 through a packing 2, and at the inner side of the cover glass 3 there is formed a piezo-electric film 6 held between transparent conductive films 4 and 5. The peiezo-electric film 6 is formed in a single layer or in a plurality of layers, for increasing the output. By this procedure, not only water proof is improved but the sound producing efficiency is improved because the sound producing body appears directly in the front.
