Recording method of magnetic tape

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To secure a series of recorded tapes quickly by recording simultaneously the video signals reproduced from the divided several master tapes onto the slave tape through the record division points of the slave tape. CONSTITUTION: Master tapes 7, 8 and 9 are obtained by dividing the original master tape featuring the length equivalent to the winding of the soft tape to be stored into the tape cassette and at every change of the image. Thus each video signal can be reproduced simultaneously and completely via the rotary head within head drums 10, 11 and 12 each. On the other hand, three storage containers 15, 16 and 17 are installed on the running route of row slave tape 13 to store storage tapes 13aW13f equivalent to the record length of master tapes 7, 8 and 9 each. Thus the recording can be accelerated by the amount equivalent to the division of the fixed number unit of the slave tape.
