Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve the stability of attached insulator cap by previously forming the outer circumference of the connection so that it can be fit in the inner shape of the insulator cap when applying the cap to the connection of both ends of the upper and lower windings. CONSTITUTION: In the connection of the upper and lower windings 4, 5, the inner ends 1a of the windings are properly bent and connected to each other, the outer ends 1b are formed so that they can be fit in the inner shape of the insulator cap 2 and are connected to each other. The insulator cap 2 is put on it, and is packed with compound 3. In this way, because the contacting face between the winding end 1b and the insulator cap 2 is increased, the stability of attached insulator cap can be improved to eliminate the scattering of finished dimensions.
