Blowing device of air between sheet

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To protract time until sheets mutually contact by a mechanism wherein at least every one of hollow pipes is suspended at the lower side of a paper discharge passage of a sheet-fed press and hollow pipes, which directions can be changed up and down and left and right and which are projected in branched shapes, are mounted to the said pipes. CONSTITUTION: Sheet 1 outputted from a pressure drum 3 of a sheet-fed press is supported by means of a chain gripper 5 on a chain 4 and moved in a sheet discharge passage, and heated by means of a near infrared ray irradiation device 20 on the way. The progress of the sheet separated from the gripper 5 on a stacking portion is stopped by means of a sheet stopping plate 8, and the sheet falls, and is successively stacked on a sheet stacking base plate 19 automatically let fall with the stacking. In this case, suspension pipes 12, 12'... are each installed at the both sides of space where the sheet drops on the sheet stacking base plate 19 two by two, a plurality of branched, hollow pipes 13, 13'... are disposed to each pipe, nozzles are connected, the falling speed of the paper is reduced by jetting air slightly upward from a large number of these nozzles, and the offset is prevented.
