Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a less trouble for acceptance of the copy material, by providing a swingably separating claw, formed in the point end of side plate feed direction, and a stopper substance, for stopping the side plate to the cassette main unit, and lifting the separating claw with a release of stopping of the stopper substance. CONSTITUTION: With a knob part 14a swung in the direction of an arrow mark C, as shown in the drawing, when separating a braking substance 17, 18 to release the stopping state of a stopper substance 14, a mounting part 14c of the stopper substance 14 to a shaft 16 is also swung interlocking to the direction of an arrow mark E, as shown in the drawing. In this swinging motion, one end portion 26a of a separating claw arm 26 is pressed downward to swing the separating claw arm 26, and a separating claw 7b, provided in the point end of its feed side, is lifted in parallel or further upward with respect to the mounted copy papers. Accordingly, when a shifting side plate 11 is shifted toward the copy material side, the copy material enters smoothly into bottom side of the separating claw 7b.
