Cassette transfer device for magnetic recorder/ reproducer
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To ensure the assured loading and removal of the cassette in the good operation state and with no occurrence of the noise or the like by retarding via the worm mechanism the driving force of the pulley which receives the motor- driven driving via the belt and then carrying out the loading, removal and transfer of the cassette. CONSTITUTION:The revolution force of motor 54 is transmitted to pulley 58 via belt 56, and the speed-reduction turning is given to worm 60 and worm wheel 62 which are unified to pulley 58. Thus the linear shift is given to cassette transfer component 32 incorporating rack 52 via gear 66. According to this shift, the control is given to plural units of switches with component 32 provided at the fixed position to start and stop motor 54. Thus cassette 2 is loaded, and at the same time cassette 2 is ejected in the same way by the backward turn of motor 54 in response to the change-over of the switch via the operation component. Furthermore, the inertia of motor 54 is absorbed well to avoid occurrence of the noise of the like since the speed-reduction mechanism using worm 60 and others uses pulley 58 featuring the belt transmission as the driving source.
