Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To perform non-destructive measurement quantitatively and easily for the shock proof performance for various commodities, by mounting the shock receiving end and the shock sensor at the head of hammer and providing the measurement display section connected electrically to the shock sensor. CONSTITUTION:In the hammer 4 mounting the shock reception end 2 and the shock sensor 3 at the head 1, the measuring display section 6 is connected to the shock sensor via the cord 5. As the shock sensor 3, for example, the piezoconversion element incorporating MOS.FET is used, the shock strength(kg) is enabled to be read in directly on the meter 11 of the measurig display 6, and the range of measurement is 2kg-16ton. The shock can be measured by gripping the shank 9 of hammer with hand and knocking measured object with the shock reception end 2, and the shock proof performance can in stepless be confirmed by changing the knocking force.
