Controller for air conditioner

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To produce this controller that can obtain comfortable air-conditioning, by effectively eliminating cold trap formed just after starting heating operation, in preheating operation in case of the heating operation of an air conditioner provided with a compressor. CONSTITUTION: This controller 9 with a relay contact 9A, which controls the operation of a motor 5 for an indoor fan in an air conditioner, is constituted in such a manner that it is provided with a bridge consisting of a thermistor 91B installed to a heat exchanger, etc. and resistances 91A, 91C, 91D and a temperature detecting circuit being composed of a comparator 91F. When the output of said detecting circuit is low, the output of a comparator 92H is low, currents flow through a relay coil 9AC to open said contact 9A, and the motor 5 is stopped, thus performing preheating operation. When a motor 6 for a compressor starts heating operation and the charging voltage of a condenser 92C exceeds fixed value, said contact 9A is closed, and the motor 5 is driven.
