Vinyl chloride resin composition

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: Title resin composition that contains a copolymer from vinyl chloride and a monomer having a plurality of active double bonds as a component, thus giving molded products with lusterless surface. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl chloride resin is incorporated with a copolymer from (A) vinyl chloride monomer or a mixture thereof with copolymerizable monomers, and (B) a compound bearing a plurality of active double bonds in the molecule as diallyl phthalate as a component. The copolymer has 60% or less gel fraction according to equation I (W 1 is the insoluble part 2g the copolymer in tetrahydrofuran), 5 or higher swelling degree according to equation II (W 2 is the weight of the part insoluble in THF; W 3 is the weight of the insoluble part after impregnated with THF), and 10W70 micron average particle size. The vinyl chloride resin is a vinyl chloride homopolymer of a compolymer mainly containing the same. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
