Injection molding machine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To minimize scattering of molding conditions in a plurality of molds into which a resin is injected in order by an injection means in an injection molding machine, by using means for controlling the flow rate of a resin which are provided in a plurality of extension pipes connected to the injection means via change-over valves. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of extension pipes 31, 32, 33... are connected to an injection means 1 via a change-over valve 2. Mold mounting elements 41, 42, 43... are attached to the extension pipes. The extension pipes are provided with hydraulic units 61, 62, 63..., whereby the pressure of resin injected into molds 51, 52, 53... are retained, and also valves 71, 72, 73..., whereby the flow rate of resin is controlled, at end portions of the respective extension pipes. Each of the flow rate control valves may consist of a rotary valve or a piston valve. The means for controlling the flow rate of resin may be actuated by a signal representative of the pressure of resin in a mold. Owing to a plurality of molds referred to above, a molding cycle can be shortened. Also the fluctuation of molding conditions and internal pressure of the molds can be eliminated. Namely, the distribution of molding conditions can be minimized.
