Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To prevent the counterflow of ink and to remove bubbles produced in the ink tube by inserting a pin, which reciprocates in the axial direction of tube, in the ink tube. CONSTITUTION:The tube of piezoelectric ceramics 12 is directly attached to the bottom plate 21 of the ink tank 11 that stores ink 14. On the tip end of tube, a plate 13 with an orifice 18 is mounted. Also the outer and inner electrodes 16, 17 are provided to the tube. A pin rod 24 is put in the tube 12, the pin is held by the guide plate 20 that is set in the lower part of the tank. When filling the tank with ink, the previously raised guide plate is pushed down after putting the ink, and is given up- down vibration by the cantilever type bimorph vibrator 26 to remove bubbles.
