Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To locate a movable metal mold reliably by controlling it so that it may be decelerated in accordance with the measurement results of deviation and direction of the location of a real metal mold from the reference possible back location. CONSTITUTION: A movable metal mold is connected with a metal mold switching hydraulic piston shaft 35, to which in addition is fitted a location detecting scale 37. A location signal P x from a detection part 37A is given to a controlling part C 2 . In the controlling part C 2 the difference between the specified valve 103 at a reference back location XB and the location signal P x is operated in an arithmetic unit 104. A specified speed selecting means 108 is provided in response to a location specifying means 106 used for multiple locations of the movable metal mold and when the location P x has become equal to a specified value in the 106, a control valve 39 is controlled in accordance with a speed curve specified by the 108. The specified data concerning the possible rearmost position in the location specifying means 106 are moldified in compliance with the operation output. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
