Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To effectively accomplish the phase trace with the use of a simple device by adding the signals, which are operative to effect the step of plus ten microseconds, to a signal region for each preset time when the S/N ratio is deteriorated in a three wave detecting unit. CONSTITUTION:When the S/N ratio at a phase tracing point is deteriorated lower than a preset level, the outputs of S/N detectors 11' and 11'' take low levels so that main and auxiliary station timers 12 and 13 generate output signals a preset time later. And, OR circuits 14 and 15 admit both the signals of the aforementioned timers 12 and 13 and the signals of main and auxiliary three wave detectors 7' and 7'' to step the respective synchronous signals plus ten microseconds in an automatic manner so that the position tracing point is automatically stepped to the signal region where the S/N ratio is improved. When the S/N ratio is improved, the phase tracing point is restored. Thus, the phase tracing operation can be effectively accomplished with the use of a relatively simple device.
