Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To surely short the neon tube of a voltage detecting circuit at the power source OFF and prevent the photoelectric charge of a main capacitor from being discharged by providing a switch which interlocks to turning-on of power source. CONSTITUTION: A voltage detecting circuit series-connected with a resistor R 1 and neon tube N 1 is parallel-connected to a light-emitting main capacitor C 1 and one end of a switch S 2 interlocking to a power source switch is connected to the point of connection of the resistance R 1 and neon tube N 1 , so that when the power source switch goes OFF, the neon tube N 1 is shorted.
