Air-fuel ratio controller for lpg engine
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To make the operation of fuel flow control for main system by using a diaphragm valve and the operation of one for slow system by using a solenoid valve to change a cross sectional area of the air bleed flow passage, in the LPG engine. CONSTITUTION: The voltage signal from an O 2 sensor 13 is fed to a control circuit 14 that actuates a slow solenoid valve 15 and a main solenoid valve 16. The slow solenoid valve 15 makes the on-off operation of an air bleed passage 17, made opening in a slow path 9 at the downstream of a slow jet 8, to control a fuel flow in the slow fuel system by means of controlling a bleed air quantity. The main solenoid valve 16 is used for changing a bleed air quantity into a negative pressure 21 linked to a diaphragm chamber 20 of a diaphragm valve 19, to actuate a valve unit 22 by means of changing a bleed air quantity, with a flow path cross sectional area made varying of the main jet part.
