Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To improve a grilling efficiency, by partitioning a heating chamber into upper and lower heating chambers partitioned by a heat insulation board, and by establishing an infrared ray burner at a bottom part of the heat insulation board and a fan device at a side wall. CONSTITUTION: Functioning of a secondary fan 24 results in feeding cooling air for the fan 24 as primary air for an infrared ray burner 11 as said air cools both a motor 25 and an insulation material fixing plate 27. Simultaneously, the heat of the infrared ray burner 11 heats a gravy receiver and a seat 14 as well. As a result of a primary fan 5 being functioned, air heated by the infrared ray burner 11 and air finishing to cool the infrared ray burner 11, the gravy receiver 12, and the sent 14 are flown into a upper heating chamber 2. Heating air 31 so flown into is returned via an opening 21a again to a lower heating chamber 7 wherein said air is further heated, whereby repeating of said circulation is obtained. An exhaust gas temperature may be reduced as a result of cooling air 30 being sucked when a part of heating air is exhausted from an exhaust port 18. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
