Automatic bending device of plate material

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To make it possible to perform automatic several-high bending working of different bending directions, by installing before and behind the press brake type bending machine the automation device of specific mechanism, which carries out each operation of conveyance, inversion and location, holding a metallic plate from the right and left. CONSTITUTION: In case the metallic plate W which is held by alternately using the grips 44, 45, 48, 49 is bent in the fixed direction through the press brake type bending machine 1, the respective one pair of plate material conveying and locating devices A 1 which have been arranged symmetrically before and behind the bending machine are handled by operating the electronic computer E. Namely, each operation of conveyance, inversion and location is carried out in accordance with the regular program, to the sliding arms 10, 11 slided by the motors 12, 13; the moving bodies moved by the motors 16, 17; the rotary frame bodies 6, 7 rotating around the shafts 8, 9; and the rotary bodies 18, 19, 22, 23 rotating around the shafts 20, 21, 24, 25.
