Abstract

Abstract NEW MATERIAL:2-(2-Substituted aminoethyl)-1,4-dihydropyridine derivative of formula I (R 1 is aryl, aromatic heterocycle that may have 1 or 2 substituents as halogen, lower alkoxy or lower alkyl; R 2 and R 3 are lower alkyl; R 4 is lower alkyl; R 5 is H, lower alkyl; R 6 , R 7 are lower alkyl, heterocycle). EXAMPLE: 2-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)-6-methyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-1, 4-dihydropyridine-3, 5-dicarboxylic dimethyl ester. USE: Antistenocardia, antispasmodic, hypotensor.
