Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To record a date, telephotography time and communication time on an original after transmission, by providing a facsimile equipment with a time clocking method and printing method. CONSTITUTION: When the terminal point of transmitted original 4 passes by original read point 12, form feed roller 11 and form discharge roller 14 are temporarily stopped by the command of signal processing part 6, which receives a confirmation signal for excellent reception at a reception at a reception side. At this time, the output signal of data generator 15 is printed out by printing mechanism 17 through print control circuit 16, thereby recording the date of transmission on original 4. Telephotography time recording is performed in the same way as the data recording with the exception that data generator 15 operates as a telephotography time counter. Count operation starts from read point 12 until the transmission end. As for communication time recording, the count operation starts when the communication circuit is connected to exchange 28 and ends at the point in time of a facsimile end. Then system mentioned above is extremely profitable in terms of the control of facsimile transmission and that of the use cost of the communication circuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
