Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To space cut transfer circuit element pieces uniformly at any place by providing a spacer conductor pattern, used for electric insulation through a specific insulation belt, along the contour part of a conductor loop layer. CONSTITUTION: On magnetic bubble medium 30, spacer 40 is provided and on it, conductor loop 20 where an operating current controlling magnetic bubbles flows and spacer conductor pattern 20' along its contour part are formed. Next, insulating layer 41' of polyimide resin is formed and between loop 20 and pattern 20', insulation belt 200 is buried flatly; when its width (g) is small between 1 and 2μm, the top surface of layer 41' becomes nearly flat. On it, magnetic bubble transfer circuit element 10 is arranged and then covered with protective film 42. Consequently, element 10 will never has a step part. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
