Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To freely adjust the resistance value of a resitor, by regulating high resistance value to low value by short-circuiting adjacent conductive patterns by means of soldering, etc. while removing one portion of the conductive patterns by means of a laser trimming method when resistance value is lower than the desired resistance value. CONSTITUTION: In a process that removed a nichrome film and a gold film by using a photo-process, conductive patterns 6...8, the same gold films, are left at a knee of a resistance pattern. High resistance value is adjusted to low value by short- circuiting the condutive patterns 6 and 7 by means of wire bonding 10 of soldering while resistance value is corrected by removing a portion 9 by mans of a laser trimming method when resistance value becomes lower than the desired resistance value.
