Transportation conveyer system

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To maintain optimum flow of products with separate individual control of each conveyer, when plural number of conveyers are operated together in series connection. CONSTITUTION: As to variable speed transportation conveyer 12W15, the speed of its driving motor is controlled by means of adder/subtractor 22, 23 which add up the number of products to be transported on the conveyer, by receiving signals from detector 17, 18 installed on the front of each conveyer, and arithmetric unit 26W29 which perform calculation based upon those added values. Thus, individual control of each conveyer may be carried out, by successively monitoring flow of the products on the conveyers from the outlet 11 of the preceding stage product to the inlet 16 of the next stage product.
