Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To provide a combustion controlling apparatus, which keeping stable combustion of fuel by detecting pressure of intake air supplied for combusting fuel and pressure of exhaust combustion gas and changer the revolutional speed of motor or opening of damper on the basis of the above pressure difference. CONSTITUTION: When switch 29 is closed, burner 11 is heated by heater 32. When temperature of the burner is raised above a certain level, burner motor 9, ignitor 35 and pump 23 are set into operation to ignite fuel. When flame is detected by flame detecting circuit 37, combustion is kept on with continuous operation of burner motor 9 and pump 23. Here, if temperature in combustion chamber 3 is raised above a certain level, fan motor 5 is set into operation. The apparatus is designed to maintain stable combustion under the condition that pressure P 1 in burner 2 is 12mmAq and pressure P 2 in combustion chamber 3 is 4mmAq. Therefore, if density of intake air is increased by reason of lowering of outdoor temperature and P 1 is raised, revolutional speed of burner motor 9 is lowered. The above control can be achieved alternatively by controlling the opening of damper. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
