Totally-enclosed motor compressor

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE: To easily assemble each portion material forming a valve seat cover in a steel plate while stably producing this compressor that is excellent in a finishing condition, by molding and joining connecting portions by efficiently applying press work. CONSTITUTION: This valve seat cover fixed to a top portion of a cylinder of a compression mechanism portion of this totally-enclosed motor compressor is provided with a substrate 21, a cover 22 equipped with a throttle working portion forming a suction gas flow path 22a and a discharge valve chamber 22b after the cover is united with the substrate 21, a suction silencing chamber 23 and a dischrage silencing chamber 24, and furnished with a suction pipe 25 in a straight pipe-like shape, etc., a discharge pipe 26 and a rivet 27 in a cylindrical shape, etc. When assembling the cover, the substrate 21 and the cover 22 are joined, the pipe 25 is inserted into connecting holes 21a, 22c, and both end surfaces of the pipe 25 are pushed, thus adherence fixing both 21, 22. The silencing chambers 23, 24 are fitted to projections 21c, which halfs are bored, and seal fastened with copper solder, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)1980,JPO&Japio
