Air-fuel ratio control system
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE: To control air-fuel ratio in a fixed level with a quick response by comparing a term during which the air-fuel ratio is higher than the fixed level with another term during which the same is lower and delay-controlling the longer term to be apparently longer. CONSTITUTION: A comparison circuit 20A is used to compare the output of an air-fuel sensor 10 with a reference level corresponding to a fixed level, and outputs two level signals, high and low, after discriminating the air-fuel ratio if it is over the fixed level or not. The output of a comparison circuit 20B is reversed at the point of time when the output of the air-fuel ratio sensor 10 is changed from a high level to a low level or from the latter to the former. An integration circuit 40 is used to increase or decrease air-fuel ratio compensating voltage on the basis of the output of a delay circuit 30, while an air-fuel ratio controlling means 50 is used to control the injection amount of fuel according to the output voltage of this integration circuit 40 for regulating the air-fuel ratio in the fixed level.
