Multiple sound reception device
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To increase the stereo effect as well as to increase the sound field produced by the pseudo stereo effect by giving switching via the broadcast mode detection circuit between the demodulation system of the multiple demodulation circuit and the delay time of the indirect sound switch circuit and the delay circiut. CONSTITUTION:Multiple demodulation circuit 2 demodulates the multiple sound signal and delivers through two output terminals at least one of the left and right sound signals of the stereo broadcast plus the main and secondary aural signals of the hetero-broadcast, and then extracts the difference signal between the left and right aural signals from indirect sound switch circuit 14 to give it delay 20. This output is then compounded 18, 19 with the two output signals of circuit 2 wiht the opposite polarity to each other and then delivered through speakers 11 and 12. Then a switching is given via broadcast mode detection circuit 3 between the demodulation system of circuit 2, the indirect aural signal of circuit 14 and the delay time of circuit 20 each. As a result, the stereo effect is increased at the stereo reception time, and at the same time the sound field produced by the pseudo stereo effect can be increased at the hetero-broadcast alternative reception time and the non-multiple reception time.
