Device for manufacturing flexible hose

Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To manufacture consecutively a hose with synthetic resin rings arranged at proper intervals for reinforcement by opertating a reciprocating sliding dies to open intermittently the outlet for passage of reinforcing ring forming resin. CONSTITUTION:A passage 7 for reinforcing ring forming resin is provided between a fixed inside dies 2 and a reciprocating sliding dies 6, a curved face 8 is formed at the end of the said dies 2, and another curved face 9 mathcing with the said curved face 8 is formed on the sliding dies 6. When the sliding dies 6 moves rightward to leave a clearance with the said dies 2, the clearance works as the passage 7 for reinforcing ring forming resin; when the slinding dies 6 reciprocastes to come in contact wiht the dies 2, a discharge of the reinforcing ring forming resin stops.
